Getting your vehicle back.
Vehicles impounded by York Regional Police or the City of Vaughan are stored at our yard on Basaltic Road. Here's what to bring and when to come.
When
Releases run 8 am to 8 pm, 7 days a week, holidays included. Towing and daily storage fees apply.
Outside office hours
The office is open Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. To pick up outside those hours, an appointment is needed: call 905-738-3588 and leave your name and phone number. The on-call person will call you back.
Getting items out of the vehicle
Personal property can be retrieved Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5:30 pm only. Please note our staff can't retrieve property on your behalf.
